Deposits:
50% of
the rent
is
required
to
complete
the
booking
(balance

advance).
A credit
card is
required
for a
security/damage
deposit.
Fees &
Taxes:
GST @ 6%
will be
added to
the
price. No other
taxes or
fees.
GST is
refundable
when you leave
the
country
for
Non-Canadians.
Check in after 3:00 and check out before 11:00AM. A credit card is
required
for a
$300
security/damage
deposit. You
will
be
notified
within
72
hours
of
departure
if any
charges
are
incurred.
Housekeeping
is
provided
before
and
after
visit,
but
not
during
your
stay.
No
smoking
is
allowed,
a
cleaning
as
well
as
deodorizing:
fee of
$250
for
any
infractions.
